C&O Pharmaceutical Technology (Holdings) Limited was founded as a comprehensive
company integrating R&D, production and sales in 1997. We joined the big family
of Shionogi & Co., Ltd. in 2011. The
company has been playing an important role among the activities of Chinese
market during the process of globalization of the head office. A joint venture
of Ping An-Shionogi Co., Ltd. was established by Shionogi (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
and Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. in Shanghai in November, 2020.
C&O Pharmaceutical Technology (Holdings) Limited was merged into Ping An-Shionogi Co., Ltd. becoming an important part—the
generic drug business segment of its business in February, 2021.
